SHIPPING & RETUNRS

Aside from making sure every customer gets their package as quickly as possible, one of our goals is to ship each delivery in a safe and secure manner. As a result, every package will be handled carefully. Kindly allow 5 to 10 business days for the preparation and processing of all packages. Depending on one's location, shipping and handling charges may vary. Delays can be expected during Holiday seasons and/or critical weather conditions.

We encourage consumers to reach out to their local carrier for additional shipping information if delays occur after tracking information has been provided.

All tracking information will be sent via email with shipping details as soon as your order ships!

All purchases will be finalized upon processing. You may cancel your order within 3 days after your purchase and receive a full refund if you wish to longer proceed with your order. Once your package has shipped no returns or exchanges will be offered. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.
