Best Practices:
- Be sure to think positively with resonating affirmations while burning this sage or planning your ritual.
- Recognize the capabilities of Sage. Although there is a physical component, most of the benefits are spiritual and psychological.
- Set up the region that will burn. Arrange a bowl, ceramic dish, incense tray, shell, or any other container that can accommodate the sage such as our round and oval decor pieces.
- Before you start, open a door or a window. This will allow the sage smoke to escape, along with any bad, dense, or negative energy.
- Before extinguishing the flames, light the sage leaves and give it a few seconds to burn. be sure to occasionally smudge or blow when needed.
- Start from your head and work your way down to your feet as you inhale smoke.
- Feel free to take in small tolerable whiffs of the smoke if you feel it's needed.
Please be sure to keep out of reach of small children and pets especially while burning or smudging.
