Palo Santo, which translates to "holy wood" in Spanish, has been traditionally used for its aromatic and healing properties. It's important to note that while Palo Santo has a long history of traditional use and anecdotal benefits, scientific research on its effects is limited. As with any alternative therapy, individual experiences and benefits may vary.

Take the stick out of its packaging and hold it down, keeping it at a 45-degree angle. After lighting the end, hold it in the flames for around 30 seconds. Once it is lit, it is ready for use when the hot end turns a bright red color. Feel free to let the smoke purify the room. Also allow the sticks to burn out on their own to put the smoke to an end.
It is also recommended to keep the window open for healthy ventilation and purifying disbursement.
